About this product High pulling and lifting capacity for a wide range of tasks: This product line covers diverse requirements, from everyday lifting to heavy vehicle recovery. Depending on the model, you can choose from 2-ton working capacities, 5-ton, 7.3-ton, 11-ton, or 15-ton rated loads. The appropriate variants are suitable for winches, vehicle recovery, towing, redirecting pulling directions, material transport, and lifting operations in garages, workshops, construction sites, forests, or camps. The robust construction allows for more controlled movement of heavy loads and better utilization of the available winch power. Flexible use with rotating and adjustable attachment points: Several models feature a 360° rotating hook and a 180° swiveling ring. This allows the pulley block to adapt more easily to changing pulling directions and facilitates smoother movements in confined or obstructed areas. This is particularly useful when recovering trucks, tractors, ATVs, UTVs, and off-road vehicles, or when positioning loads in workshops and on construction sites. Even with long rope pulley systems, the favorable gear ratio makes lifting significantly less strenuous. Robust materials for long-lasting use: Depending on the variant, the models are made of alloy steel, high-strength steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum in combination with polyester ropes. Wear-resistant pulleys, smooth bearings, reinforced side plates, and corrosion-resistant surfaces ensure a long service life, even under demanding conditions. The grooved guides on the pulleys keep the rope or cable in position more securely, reduce lateral slippage, and ensure smoother operation during pulling and lifting operations. Easy handling and quick rope retraction: Many pulley blocks feature an opening side plate with a locking pin. This allows the rope to be quickly inserted, checked, or replaced without the tedious process of threading it completely through. This saves time during rescue, transport, or assembly. Pre-assembled pulley systems further facilitate immediate use. Models with long ropes or chains offer greater reach and expand the range of applications for lifting, pulling, guying, and redirecting heavy objects. Wide range of applications for off-road, leisure, and work: This series is suitable for recovery in mud, snow, sand, or ice, as well as for lifting motorcycles, furniture, toolboxes, logs, boats, or stored goods. Some sets are also designed for climbing training, rescue, tower work, and other applications at height. Whether a compact pulley block for vehicles or a long-rope system for garages, attics, hunting grounds, or construction sites, these options help move loads more precisely and make workflows more efficient. Model Differences The 2-ton models are suitable for general lifting, pulling, and redirecting and are available as a standard model with a hook, a version with a G80 chain, or as a rope system. The 5-ton, 7.3-ton, 11-ton, and 15-ton models are more specifically designed for vehicle recovery and heavy winch work. Some versions use 3 or 8-foot rope, others 10 to 14 mm rope. The pulley system with 46 m of rope is particularly suitable for climbing and rescue applications, while the model with 30 m of rope and a 5:1 ratio is designed for versatile lifting tasks in garage camps or on construction sites. ...
